Siam Tank Terminals Co., Ltd. ("STT") is committed and adhered to comply with the protection of Personal Data of customers, business partners, vendors, service providers, visitors, shareholders, directors and employees, (hereinafter collectively referred to "you").
Therefore, STT hereby announces this Privacy Policy to describe the details and direction in processing your personal data, pertaining to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data which may occur in dealing businesses and other relevant activities. Data Subject Rights Request Form
According to Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”), a data subject is entitled to the rights on his/her personal data as specified by law, access, rectification, erasure, suspension of use, portability, object to the processing, including withdrawal of consent of personal data.
Therefore, the data subject may exercise any of these rights by providing the information in the Subject Rights Request Form together with the required supporting documents and send to STT or send an e-mail to info@siamtank.com.
